Will probably have sandwiches with leftover pork loin that Ron cooked on the grill. We brined it overnight, then cooked indirect over lump charcoal for about 90 minutes. Amazing.
So, Cuban sandwiches are sounding pretty good.

Theresa, could you let us know how that turns out? I want to make it, but have been waiting for crummy (comfort food) weather, which is going to happen real soon.
Tonight it's burger and fries.
Roxanne, my wife made that chicken and it really was perfect.

What a beautiful pic of that chicken! We have used that recipe as well and it's always great.
We had take-out sushi tonight from a local place. Pretty good.
