Salsa Verde Beef Tacos with Tomatillo Salsa
Bill posted this recipe a few years ago and it is such a treat!!
Laura shared a pint of her yellow heirloom salsa with me, and I cooked the beef in it - (I've been saying this a lot lately, but.......) 'died and gone to heaven' good!
