What's on the menu for everyone - sounds like lots of leftovers around.
I have no idea yet. We finished a big house project yesterday, so haven't been thinking food too much. My pantry is done and my Lord the increase in storage room is unbelievable. I'll post a couple of pictures.

Definitely leftovers here. Will take some of the smoked chicken and turn that into a chili with white beans, salsa verde, etc. Just sort of winging it - no real recipe.

No leftovers here. And so many ideas, I can't decide! I'll have to wait and see what craving takes over!

I decided to be totally lazy today, my first of five days of alone time. I've spent the day making menus and prioritizing this week's project list. So not a total loss. I'll see if Chicken Picatta can survive freezing tonight. Tomorrow I'll head to the city with my shopping list early in the day.

I made an oldy but goodie today - Issue #50 Fried Noodles with Ham, Scallions, and Cabbage. Last time I made it was 4/22/09!! It's as good today as then.

I spent the day cleaning the lake house and doing yard work, so dinner had to be easy! We're having what is basically a homemade version of hamburger helper with a tex-mex flair. I started with
this recipe and then played a bit. However, my timing is off, so dinner will be late...

Yep. As I've
said before, who needs store-bought Hamburger Helper when it's so easy, delicious and versatile to do on your own?
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
