I'm sorry I didn't watch him more closely a few weeks ago. We did a wedding, rather than roll them into balls, they were served in cut crystal bowls, large martini glasses etc. I know there was a goat cheese one, sharp cheddar one, and blue cheese one. I'll try to get the ingredients.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.
