Truffled Mushrooms

Some of you may already be doing this, but I just tried it and it was delicious! When sautéing white sliced mushrooms in butter, add a Tablespoon of truffle oil and continue until mushrooms are done. Wonderful with steak!

I love truffle oil on microwaved fingerling potatoes. Costco now has Truffle oil, but I've not tried it.
I love a good drizzle of truffle oil on mushrooms! I agree with Jean, 'wonderful on pizza' !!!!
