Re: (...)
What's on the menu for today??
I'm doing a Chicken Parm Bites over a bed of pasta from the 400 Cal. fix book.
And, my neighbor brought over a bag of the sweetest, juiciest plums yesterday and I found in M.C. a Plum HOney Tea Bread from the Natl. HOney Board that I'm going to make.
Also, starting to pack up the trailer....and we want to play with the new trailer toy, the ice maker we got a couple months ago.

Denise, don't forget we re-configured our living area. The new little bugger lives on the floor to the left of the desk, under the flip-up.

Right now I'm thinking pizza. I'll get a dough going and then decide the toppings

Jean, I'm so envious of your next adventure!
Can't wait to hear all about it, every step of the way.
Denise, are you going on the road for the winter too?
I was told by Holly that dinner tonight is lasagna, salad, and Italian bread, and that I'm not suppose to bring anything. But, of course, I will take two bottles of wine.

I look forward to the day when we can join in the fun. It's not for a few years, but I've already started thinking about our mode of transportation and what we will live in...
