Bought some ground chuck yesterday. He wants burgers (again), I want tacos. But, he also bought 2 tubs of ricotta, so I could make stuffed shells. Also got some sweet potatoes, so make oven fries to go with the burgers or tacos. We're under a major flood watch until 5pm, so if he can't grill, I think the tacos will win.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

hmmmm, burgers sound good and I've got a large sweet tato for grilled fries, too.

My wife is making Lobster Po' Boys tonight. The recipe is from Cuisine's 'Fresh & Fast' cookbook. It's actually a 'Crab Po' Boy', but she's using lobster.

We're having the Smoked Top Sirloin Steak from issue #100 and grilled corn on the cob. Not sure if I'm going to make the steak sauce or not. We don't usually use steak sauce.

Um Blane, can you let Carylann know there will be one more person at the table tonight?
I *think* we are going to the beach which usually turns into an 8 hour thing so we will probably pick something up on the way home or eat here since we'll be there anyway.
