I like the "risk it all" in the desription. Really?? ALL????

And would the competition have some sort of requirement for getting scientific and explaning how a certain ingredient or technique works? After all, that's what Alton does!

We do not have cable, or any sort of satellite television, but I would very much like to be able to watch his shows.

And we have Ilan's new show Knife Fight. Getting burnt out on all the competition shows. Wish they'd get back to instruction.
