I kid you not, today at Wegman's, they had D'Artagnan Duck Bacon! I am wondering what this would taste like. Has anyone ever had this?? Seriously, what part of the duck would they get this from? And yes, they do state what kind of duck they made this from, but I don't remember.

And I could kick myself for not buying one of their ducks they had on sale FOR HALF PRICE (!!) because they're selling off their Holiday leftovers. AAAAAARGHHHH!

I'm sure they would use the duck breast. It would be easy to do this. (and wonderful!)
