Have heard about good results with this, just as with using a Dutch oven. Have never tried either, so I'll be awaiting your review.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Oh, very interesting! I have heard of people using the crockpot as a proofer. Which I thought was pretty cool. Have not heard of baking the bread in the crockpot.
