Herbed Mascarpone Pasta Twists!

These look like they are going to be awesome. It took hours to do by myself, looking forward to a delicious dinner tomorrow nite with the roasted mushroom sauce to go with. YAY!!

No occasion, just a nice weekend with hubby after he worked a week of 12hr shifts.
The dinner really was extra good, the roasted mushroom sauce was so delish and not too hard to make really. So glad I did all the prep and pasta the night before Lola was in the Mighty Mutt Strut today from 12 -3pm so when we came home dinner and Pinot Grigio were on the table in a short while, we ate by 5pm. Such a nice day.
