What's on the menu for today??
The leftovers really built up for us this week, so it will be leftovers...again. Then, on to new things.

It's my Passover break, so I've been sick (I HATE saving sick days for vacation...I really don't do it on purpose!)
Tonight I'm going to cook though, so I must be on the road to recovery. I'm making a chicken, broccoli, cheese and pasta dish.

I'm settling on hot dos and leftover Mac and Cheese. I still have lots to do so I can bake bread and make pasta dough later in the week. I'm planning that for the day William finally sits down with the taxes.

Left overs and more leftovers, and then some left overs.
