Yep. Same here. I'm one of those people who shocks everyone at the table by eating lemon wedges just as one would oranges. If a restaurant has particularly good lemons, I'll also eat the lemon wedges from the people who aren't going to use them on their fish, in their tea, or whatever. Don't want 'em? I'll take 'em!

They look cool! I'm making mini meringues and filling them with the lemon curd for Easter.

Hmmmm... Of course, my favourite is the lemon curd, itself, but I also really like the blend of the curd with the meringue. Shall have to try making some lemon curd and folding it into some meringue. If they mix together well (physically, that is, since there's no question about the flavours), that could make an awesome "Lemon-Meringue Mousse"!
