We're having the sausage and pepper subs that were on the menu last night, but didn't get made because Ron got a craving for "Popeye's Chicken" on the way home!

I need a no-brainer for tonight - chicken piccata over angel hair and steamed carrots. Good thing I never get sick of piccata.

We had dentist appts and Jame had to go to work so we just grabbed roast beef subs. Usually a big treat but today the bread seemed kind of stale

We had to run to Costco, so stopped at Applebee's for lunch/dinner. I love that place; for a chain, they have the best new dishes and one of the few chains who do not have a static menu!!
Today they had a new one on the menu - Fiesta Chicken Chopped Salad
chopped lettuce
Black Beans & Corn salsa
roasted red peppers and onions
tortilla chips
white cheddar cheese
chimchurri glazed chicken
and a spicy Jalapeno dressng.
It was delicious and brought 1/2 home for later!! Think I'll google and see if anyone has duplicated the Jalapeno dressing yet.

If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

We had dinner at church. Wouldn't you know they had spaghetti! That was three meals in a row!
