What's on the menu for today??

I found a pkg. of meatloaf in the freezer, so we're having meatloaf quesadillas. maybe look for a new green salad dressing to try, also.

Just getting ready to go to the store. If they have cauliflower (they didn't the last time), I'll be trying the Cauliflower-Crust Pizza tonight. If not, then at least the other store finally got some heavy cream back in, so I'll be able to make the pumpkin soup from the package that Denise sent.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

If you have any cauliflower left, you might think about this goodie...

I'll be trying that one too, Jean. Mostly, we're liking it roasted these days.

Labs, I hope you like the cauliflower pizza crust. We thought it was a surprisingly tasty low carb option.

No cooking tonight. It's girls night with some friends, so I'll be eating out and Ron is going up the street to Heather's. They will probably cook out.

Gourmet food truck night at one of the local high schools (great fundraiser). I'm going for the brisket sliders again, though the beer battered fried avocado taco from one of the other trucks sounds intriguing.
