Pork Satay with Teriyaki Sauce review

From issue #92-page 15

This recipe was very good, but if you have a favorite teriyaki recipe, I doubt this would replace it. I gave it a 7. It really is tasty, but it had no wow factor. I'm going to try it again making a few adjustments.
1. Grill, not broil the pork.
2. Cut the pork a little larger then the recipe calls out for.
3. Omit the cornstarch in the sauce, it was too thick.
4. Double the sauce, I had very little left after basting.

The pineapple rice side dish was delicious! That got a 10.

Thanks Blane, I'm going to add your notes to the recipe, and thank you for the review. This is on my to do list.

I note your suggestions as well. I had high hopes for this one.
