What's on everyone's menu for tody?


I'll be doing a take off of a Charlie Trotter recipe, Roasted Fingerlings with Caviar and Creme Fraiche - it's a pretty dish, hope I can copy it somewhat.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Ohhhhhh Jean! That sounds so good.

Maybe Stroganoff with noodles, and a wedge salad with blue cheese.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!

We chose a nice malbec for dinner and took a flank steak out of the freezer. Not sure what all else there will be yet.

Chad didn't eat all the Jambalaya Thursday so we're nailing the rest of it.
