What's on the menu today?
This morning, I'm playing with bread dough waffles again. And, dinner will be twice baked potatoes using up a couple slices meatloaf.

We're having wine-braised short ribs with goat cheese mashed potatoes. It is COLD here today, and I want warm comfort food.

Meyer Lemon Chicken Piccata over angel hair and asparagus is tonight's dinner. Saving the leftover corned beef for an easy Reuben meal on a busy homework night tomorrow.

I'd love to make short ribs but I don't have anyone home to eat them anymore. Clam chowder, salad and fresh bread for tonight. Really cold here today, too, we've been so spoiled this winter.

We got about an inch of snow - our second snowfall this weekend. It melted yesterday but it's 25 degrees out so this cover isn't going anywhere today.
Ravioli with sausage, Caesar salad for him, regular for me.

Wow! Everyone has such great meals planned. Everything looks so good.
Tonight it's a new slow cooker recipe- Jamaican jerk pork with mango/pepper salad. Mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus as sides. Dessert is Lemon pudding cakes with fresh blueberries.

Tonight, the men of the church are preparing a steak dinner. Our local scout troop will serve.
