a favorite way to cook/roast/grill/smoke them? I deconstructed a turkey before the holidiays and now it's time to use some of the parts.

We like turkey smoked, but it can get a bit dry. We'll have to try it wrapped in bacon.

Pioneer Woman made some posts about fair food a while back and turkey legs was one of them. I remember thinking how good it sounded. I'll post a link.

Since we've started the regime of mid-day meal the main, I have to do a lot of pre-prepping
