Nice catch! So, how did you prepare them? We used to cook them over the campfire, so I'm guessing that is what you did. Very tasty that way. Also used to use my grandma's recipe and cook it in foil with stewed tomatoes, diced onion and a couple pats of butter.

Now I'm hungry for fish!!!

Maryann, well, I guess I cheated We got this little Outback Oven that runs on propane. Jame filleted them (beautiful nice cutlets they looked like) and I breaded and seasoned them, brushed all over with olive oil and "oven fried" them. So good! but maybe over the campfire would have been better? How do you do that?
