What's on everyone's menu for today?

Not sure what we'll have yet...I'll wait for inspiration.

We have a HUGE pot of ham stock, mustard and collard greens, so I'm thinking that will become supper.I also have 3 x 5 lb bags of spring lettuce mix, so maybe a little salad on the side.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

I think the pork will be resurrected in something. Not sure. Yet.

We're having spaghetti with turkey meatballs. Since the weather is so nice, (finally!) I'm thinking a side of marinated, grilled veggies would be good.

Real simple here - chicken piccata, a baked potato and steamed carrots. Trying to use up what I've laying around.

Chicken Diane and linguine with truffle butter from the latest issue, except I picked up fettuccine instead. I don't think that will make too much difference!

We prefer fettuccine, Karyn.

We're having steak fajitas with the leftover sirloin (yes, I can't believe there were leftovers either) from our Mother's Day BBQ

This evening we are having breakfast for dinner. Eggs, bacon, GB breakfast potatoes, biscuits.

Kinda looking forward to it.
