Just saw one of the most hilarious movies I've seen in a long time. If you thought the TV show
Iron Chef (the REAL one, not the American imitation) was over the top, wait until you see
God of Cookery. Think of it as a blend of
Iron Chef,
Enter the Dragon,
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and even a little bit of
Tampopo.

I did not like the "real one"--a "real" Italian "iron chef" from Japan, beating chefs from Italy??!!! Whoever heard of putanesca with a sushi touch??? Only a tainted board of judges in Japan could vote a winner that way.
