Lol I am of the firm belief that floats should be exiled. Ice cream and soda should never, ever touch each other and then be consumed together And now someone wants to ruin a perfectly good beer? *gasps in horror*
and then, Denise, there are my Drunken floats with root beer and vanilla vodka.....

Denise, I'm in your camp on this one. It sounds fun, but I have never really cared for floats. I've had a few, but I never really cared for them.

Poor Denise and Daphne, what a horrible fate. I will say, I don't get excited about soda floats, but Jean's drunken floats are always a hit when I serve them. And I have had many "Guiness floats" in my day as well, but they were made with just vanilla ice cream and Guiness. You drink the stout first, then eat the ice cream, that is flavored by that time. Yummo!! Such a wonderful treat! Thanks for thinking of me Jean!
