How long will it keep in the fridge? I made this late last week, did not add cheese, layer of oil on top, vacuum sealed.

I even think you could have added the cheese--a layer of oil on top--seal --it could keep for weeks. IMHO.

Well I've made mine with cheese and without, I cover it with about 1/2" of olive oil and it'll last at least 2 weeks
