I have no idea where Mom got this recipe because it is hand-written by someone else. It is really tasty and we all loved it.

1/4 cup butter -- melted
2 cups flounder fillets -- cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup cooked lobster meat
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Tablespoons chopped canned pimentos
1 clove garlic -- crushed
1/8 teaspoon saffron
1/2 cup dry sherry
salt and pepper
Melt the butter and add the flounder fillets and wine. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the shrimp, lobster, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, pimentos, garlic, and saffron. Simmer 5 minutes more. Add the dry sherry and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Yield:
