What's for dinner on this first day of June??
I'm making pizza with the leftover ribs from the holiday.

We're taking the meat off the bones of leftover ribs and using it as pulled pork on my homemade brioche hamburger buns.

Now I want ribs!!!! But I've got chicken thighs thawed, so I'll have to settle for BBQ Thighs. I want to do pasta salad and three bean salad on the side, but I'm housebound today, so that may have to change to something faster I can do when William gets home.

Surprise - I ended up with enough rib meat for the pizza plus for something else.....twice b. tato? combine with pasta? hmmmm
Did something a little different this morning. I had maybe 2/3 cup of baked beans left so I pureed them with a little moistening of BBQ sauce and I'll try it as the pizza 'sauce' - sure is tasty and I think it'll work.

Jean, have you tried this pasta & pork dish? Maryann has posted it here before. It was very, very good.
