What's on the menu for everyone today??
We're having the other half of the Chicken & Noodle stew.
Daphne, how did you find the quantity??? Made quite a bit, didn't it?

The last of the swedish meatballs which I may turn into sandwiches just to serve slightly different way.

I've got some Swedish meatballs in the freezer, just waiting for a lazy day.
Tonight was going to be chicken parmesan, but I have a yen for Chinese almond chicken.

Jean, with Andrew across the street with a 20 something appetite, I just have enough for me and Cricket for lunch today. LOL!
Since the Beef Pot Pies are on hold for now, I'm thinking about pot roast with chuck roast on sale. But when Blane mentioned Chicken Parmesan yesterday, I got an urge to go that direction. We'll see what William decides. Having had poultry two days in a row, I think I know what he'll pick.

I have no idea what to do for dinner. I was winging it last night with ground beef stroganoff and homemade rolls... But I am at a loss today.

Laura, times like those are when I fall back on old favorites that we haven't had for a while like grilled cheese and tomato soup, BLT's or club sandwiches, sloppy joes, tuna casserole. Hope that helps.
We are having taco salad and a cup of some kind of soup that I took out of the freezer that looks like it might be beef barley.

We had a surprisingly yummy and easy dinner from FIne Cooking...
Rotini with Pork and Spicy Peanut Sauce. John had it with brown rice, and i had it with zucchini noodles. I'm trying to cut back on carbs, and then something yummy shows up at school!

Karyn, that looks good! We would probably like that with rice.
