I'm fixing a Chix Caesar pizza. Later, we're going to a Broadway Musical review at Harbinger Winery - should be a good one.

Tonight is our Rolling Stones tribute band concert under the stars at the San Juan Capistrano Mission and everyone is bringing something italian. We are putting together an antipasto platter and bringing some baguettes. And three bottles of wine.
(We are taking a taxi).

Jean & Trixxee, what fun! We're going to a wedding in Cle Elum tonight. Dinner will be whatever they serve at the reception, I'm hoping for grilled burgers (it's going to be in the mid 90's over there).

I was really underwhelmed with Chix Caesar Salad Pizza!
Layered -
pizza dough
roasted garlic 'paste'
chick that I tossed with some caesar dressing
Fontina cheese
tossed romaine lettuce with dressing
Parmigiano
salt and Pepper
Just really kinds blah....anyone have any ideas??

Seems like it outta worked. Maybe the dressing as the base instead of the garlic paste?

No, I think anymore dressing and it would have been too "wet."
