I went through some old issues this morning (at 5:00am!) and came up with the curried yogurt chicken with mango rice from Issue 76. I have everything.
Has anyone made the corn/potato/bacon cakes from this issue? Boy do those look good. Going to have to make them soon.

Ron went out shopping this morning and came home with two bags of pierogis from one of the local churches. The women of the parish helped build their church by making them. So, we will have a few of those with some sauteed onions. I always like applesauce with these, but still need a veg.

Tonight it's curried lentil burritos with cilantro-scallion spiced yogurt.

We're on a similar wave length again Blane. Curry...yogurt....And I'll be adding scallions and cilantro to my rice!

Blane, can you point me in the direction of this recipe, please? Your pic on FB looked so delicious.

Maryann the recipe is in the 'Sandwiches & Salads' cookbook, page 45, it's also in issue #50, page 25.
