it might have been the Southwest Turkey Burgers. Would the weeknight grilling special book been on the newstands again in 2007? Thanks!

Southwest Turkey Burgers

For the Chipotle Ketchup - Whisk Together:
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chipotle chile canned in adobo -- chopped
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
For the Guacamole - Coarsley Mash:
2 avocados -- chopped
2 Tablespoons sour cream
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime juice
salt -- to taste
For the Burgers Blend, Pulse Together and
Add to:
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1 can whole green chilies (4.5 oz)
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup canned black beans -- rinsed and drained
4 slices monterey jack cheese
Serve With:
4 hamburger bun -- toasted and sliced
1/2 cup tomato -- chopped
4 slices red onion -- 1/4" thick
Prepared Chipotle Ketchup and guacamole
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Whisk Ketchup, chiles, honey, and 1 T lime juice together; Set Aside.
Coarsely mash all ingredients together for the guacamole; cover and chill.
Blend turkey, oil, and seasonings in a large bowl for the burgers.
Pulse chilies, shredded cheese, and beans in a food processor until
coarsely chopped. Add to Turkey and blend.
Shape into 4 patties, then coat both sides or each patty with nonstick
spray.
Grill until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side; top burgers with
cheese slices during the last minute of grilling.
Serve burgers on buns with tomato, onion, ketchup and guacamole.

NOTES : Chop the chipotles into small pieces - they are very
spicy.
Form the burgers to the sme size as the buns. Ground
Turkey shrinks very minimally.
