Here's you a really good Cole slaw. It can be a little spicy depending on how much cayenne you put in the Jerk Seasoning, Dry.

Jamaican Cole Slaw

4 cups shredded cabbage
3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts -- optional
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dry Jerk Seasoning
Dry Jerk Seasoning
Combine the cabbage, carrots, and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage mixture. Toss well. Cover and chill before serving.

1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons ground thyme
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons dried chives
Mix together all ingredients. Store in a tightly closed glass jar. It will keep its pungency for over a month.
