Dunno. Someone clicked the "notify" link for the last crap this user left, and the user is still here.

This is just a further illustration of why so many other forum software packages have the ability to install mods to prohibit users from posting ANY kinds of links (even images) until they have already posted a certain number of messages (i.e. been proven).
