Linguisa Sausage

I just had to post this. The Sam's club near us has a fantastic deli case - Cheese and sausages and prepared foods - I am always so surprised.

Anyhow - I noticed today they cary Linguisa sausage. They also had a cheese I think Jean mentioned not long ago - of course can't for the life of me remember what it was...

Ohhhhh, are you going to make Portugese beans???? (I need to do that again... ) Hmmmm, wonder what cheese that was.
