My sister, Marilee, was cooking (heating) mac & cheese in the microwave and you were supposed to cook it for 15 minutes. Her micro has a "quick on" feature where you just push the buttons 1 through 9 and it automatically comes on. She cooked it for 9 minutes and then hit the 6 to make 15. I showed her how to program 15 minutes in and she said, "I didn't know it'd do that!" I asked her if she hadn't wondered what all the other buttons were for?
