What's for dinner, Mon. 8/1/2016?

Jean must be otherwise occupied today, so I'll post the dinner thread.

I'm going out with my girls tonight. We'll have a few cocktails and appetizers before going to the show. They want to see "Bad Moms". So, I made Ron and Cuban sandwich, french fries, and l/o coleslaw.

we had tuna/egg sandwiches while I cooked. 2 flans - I just hope I can stay out of them until tomorrow!!!!

We are doing what Karyn used to do - cheap Dominoes pizza.

I was going to make a roasted chicken & gravy, stove top stuffing and a wedge salad but my chicken wasn't fully defrosted. Will make all that tomorrow.

I had planned Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad (finally remembered to get the goat cheese), but we got home too late. So I switched out the hamburgers with broccoli and sour cream potatoes.
