We're having Caramel Pork Stir-Fry from C@H #88. My notes say we really like it, but that it needs more sauce, so I'll be doubling the sauce this time.

Just a regular tamale, made in December. LOL. Tamales are really popular around here this time of year. Most mom and pop mexican restaurants sell massive quantities to go.

Karyn - I love them too but they have to have the right ratio of filling to cornmeal. Cannot be too skimpy on the meat!

Thanks, Jean. The brain surgeon has given the okay. Ordered X-rays and MRIs. We couldn't get the MIRs today, so we go back on the 30th.
