Finally - we're getting to Laura's house. So excited to see them all again!! Don't know what she is up to today, but I do know via Brad, they have some pizza dough 'aging'.

It's rainy and cool here this morning, so thinking of doing a beef stew.

Fun day for you Jean!! Cooler today so canning some chicken thighs this morning. Tonight will be grilling a pork tenderloin and some grilled corn.

We are having Jambalaya tonight. Bob will have all the prep ready for me when I get home. We're using chicken, sausage, and shrimp. The throw together, season, & simmer isn't too long a process - but the prep is time consuming at 7:00.
