What's on the menu for everyone today??

I have leftover Quinoa, so will doctor it up a little.

We're having a movie night with neighbors - plan to see the movie about the stolen art in WWII. Can't remember the name. I'm going to take a plate of fruit with the marshmallow/cream cheese dip. Haven't had it for the longest itme!

We are having party food. It's my niece's 18th birthday and her high school graduation party.

We're having our Father's Day dinner tonight...pepper-crusted beef tenderloin with port wine pomegranate sauce, stuffed potatoes, and green salad.

In limbo today. The kids had salmon Thursday night, so I may use that on a salad. They also had baked potatoes, so I'll probably use those for potato salad.

I made a dish I haven't done for years and years - and, for good reason, it is basically deep-fried.

Chicken-Fried steak with redeye curry gravy - the flavor combinatioin just fascinated me. Wow, was it ever good!!
