This just came across my FB feed from Noble Pig. Might not be bad if you like kielbasa and sauerkraut! The cracked pepper Dijon cream sounds nice with it.

He loves it, it's always on the table for any major holiday meal. I'm with labs, I love caraway in it. I'm also having a bit of a hard time with cheese on Kraut, but, I'm sure we'll be trying this. Thanks!

Edited to add, when I told him about this recipe, he said "we can swap out the mozz for Gruyere". Now it all makes sense to me. Thanks again!

Too bad we have no Kielbasa or chips. But the Dijon cream sounds good.
