Didn't see a thread so thought I'd start one. Tony is making a big pot of sauce with some italian sausages in. I'm curious to see how this homemade sausage is from an italian market we discovered. I'm a little picky about sausages. LOL.

I found a couple of lobster tails in the freezer, so tonight it's one of my all time favorite Cuisine at Home recipes, lobster bisque. To go along with will be apple-salami grilled cheese sandwiches.

We just got back from a ride on the Harley....it's the first time in four weeks we've seen the sun on the weekend! I'm a little chilled and don't want to go out again, so we're going with what's on hand and I'm going to make Reuben sandwiches.
