What's on the menu for everone today??

I want a repeat of yesterday Pesto Pasta, but with an egg on top and a slice of challah.

Thanks for bringing those up, Trixxee. They were really good and I need to put those on the menu again very soon!

We had ribs tonight. They turned out sooo good. We used an indirect charcoal grill with a couple chunks of wood to smoke a bit. We also used a rib stand that the girls bought Ron years ago and we never used it. It works well.

We also had foil-packed potato and onions cooked on the grill and a Mexican style chopped salad.

Tonight was Buttermilk Mac & Cheese, marinated cucumbers & onions, and bourbon peach pepper glazed grilled pork chops! Perfection!
