Okay, So About Coating Chocolate Treats.... BarbaraS Jean's evil post abo...
In school (the only place I ever worked with chocolate), we diped items with a fork and rested on a wire rack over parchment paper. But, I did lick the parchment paper...
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.
