Mushrooms and leeks? Heck! I could use that as a replacement to almost a whole meal!
Actually, upon further reflection, I'm sure that recipe would be awesome AFTER Thanksgiving, with some pulled, leftover turkey thigh meat tossed into it.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
