This is generally a pretty good size section in the grocery store, yet I rarely buy anything except canned tuna, and occasionally salmon, clams, or anchovies.
Does anyone ever use kippered herring or mackeral? Or any of the lesser known canned fish? And what do you use it for? Any favorite recipes?
