I used fresh pineapple and added the golden raisins.



I used a regular cupcake pan.




Do not add all the juices from the pear saute.

I love carrot cake with pineapple! But never thought to add the pineapple to the cream cheese frosting! All those recipes look delish! Thanks Blaine!
