quick! I baked this gorgeous apple pie yesterday to bring to t-day dinner at friends today (4 lbs. of apples in a 9" pie). I let it cool completely before covering it to escape the moisture here in Key West, but it's starting to get soggy, and it collapsed a bit. Has anyone a suggestion as how to get the top crust a bit more rigid before a 4:00 P.M. presentation?
