Ooooops, everyone's taxes done???

What's up for dinner?

I'm torn between the Chef's salad and tacos...

taxes are done, I just have to run them up to the post office.

I am drawing a blank for dinner. It is supposed to be a gorgeous day, so I may pick something from the grilling book. It would be great if I could pick up some good fish.

Taxes are done, just got a message that my federal e-file was rejected. Now I have to figure out why....

Today is my dad's 82nd Bday!

And tonight, we have tickets to see Joshua Bell

Dinner will be leftover chicken Florentine and a salad.

I have decided on BBQ chicken legs with the pineapple rice recipe that came in an email recently and grilled asparagus.

Wow, Piano, have a great trip!

Happy Birthday to Dad, Jeanette, and have fun at the concert.

Oh Marina, what a fun trip!! Be safe and have a great time!!

Oh, Oh, Jeanette! But Happy Birthday to your dad. Wasn't familiar with Joshua Bell, but he looks very interesting - will have to watch for him.

Well, I'm going with the Tacos with Mole sauce.

Let me add my wishes for a great trip also!

Did anyone see the back cover of Fine Cooking this month? The lamb chops with a tomato, mozz and radish salad looked so good I had to make it. It was super simple, 10 min start to finish. I think it was a recipe from the Australian Lamb council. Sometimes simple is best.
