Re: (...)
I've got a real mish mash of things in the frig, so will probably make something from those - a real mystery bag night.
What are you all up to?

I seem to keep eating all of the leftovers for lunch and snacks. I am going to make the oven fried chicken along with several veges. It is pretty cold here today so I will be happy to have the oven on. I am not complaining, though, all I have to do is think of Sharon and I know it could be worse.

I think I'm going to make chicken fajitas. Easy and not too fattening.

Oh, what fun! My grandkiddies had a blast when they went there a few months back. Have a wonderful time, Erin and family.
Dinner tonight is oven-fried chicken breasts and creamy zucchini casserole, which is basically a veggie stuffing.

I finally can add to a thread like this, although none of the recipes are from
C@H. My grand daughter is coming for dinner. (She comes every Wednesday.) I'm having BBQ chicken; Cole Slaw; Roasted White and Sweet potatos, carrots, onions and peppers; and Pumpkin Pie for dessert.

No. It isn't. You'll be okay.
