I found this behind my humungous squash plant yesterday!
And surprisingly, it was good on the inside.

I'm ashamed to tell you how many squash were tossed into the rows from our squash plants this year. It's amazing how fast they grow AND how easily they can hide from you! Looks like you caught this one just in time.

On a side note...Jean I love that scale. Where did you get it and how much can it weigh up to?

Chef's catalog???? Been a long time ago - it's a nice one and weighs up to 7 lb. It's a Salter - I just checked out Salter scales and I didn't see this partiular one. Huh, that's too bad if they've discontinued that model.
