I want to make corn pudding and the recipe calls for 12 oz of vacuum packed corn. What would you guys use? Frozen corn, canned corn, fresh corn? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Here is the link to the recipe if anybody is interested.

Personally I'd use frozen corn, thawed and well drained.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!

that does look good - I'm sure I'd grill my corn and cut it off the cob to use. But, probably any corn would be good.
